The invention relates to a bilateral stimulation apparatus characterised in that it comprises: an exterior casing or box in which all the internal components are contained; an on/off switch; an audio input; a screen that indicates the number of series that are applied and the minutes of actuation; a power regulator that regulates the intensity of taps or vibrations; an alternating speed regulator that controls the time that elapses between the alternation of the vibration or the taps between one plate or almond-shaped plate and another; batteries; a connection cable provided with a first connector that can be connected to the audio input and which splits into two branches that end in a second connector and a third connector, respectively; and two plates, each provided with a corresponding analogue audio input.
