The present invention relates to an additional cap for an endoscope. The additional cap comprises: a coupling unit having a coupling hole to be coupled with a front end of an endoscope； and a guiding unit protruding from the coupling unit, formed in a shape extending from a first part of the coupling hole, and having a guiding hole for guiding a position of an operation tool mounted on the endoscope. A second part of the coupling hole serves as an observing hole of an endoscope camera, and the guiding hole and the observing hole are separated from each other in a front end of the coupling unit. The coupling unit has a discharge hole for discharging a material fed in the coupling hole, and has an arranging projection formed on an inner surface of the coupling unit, so a front end of the endoscope may be connected with the inside of the coupling unit at a maintained particular distance. Accordingly, the guiding unit protruding and extending from the coupling unit of the additional cap for an endoscope is coupled with a front end of the endoscope so as to be easily denatured, folded, and moved in a body cavity having a narrow diameter when being inserted in the body cavity. An operation tool mounted on the endoscope is disposed in the guiding hole of the protruding and extending guiding unit, so a position of the operation tool may be guided during endoscope exeresis.본 발명은 내시경용 부속 캡에 관한 것으로, 내시경 선단에 결합되기 위한 결합구명을 가지는 결합부； 및 상기 결합부로부터 돌출되며, 상기 결합구명의 제1부분에서 연장되는 형태로 형성되어서 내시경에 장착된 수술도구의 위치를 안내하도록 기능하는 안내구명을 가지는 안내부；를 포함하며, 상기 결합구멍의 나머지 제2부분은 내시경 카메라의 관찰구멍으로서 기능하며. 상기 안내구멍 및 상기 관찰구멍은 상기 결합부의 선단에서 상호 분리되는 것을 특징으로 한다.여기서, 상기 결합부는 상기 결합구멍으로 유입되는 물질의 배출을 위한 배출구멍을 가지며, 상기 내시경 선단이 일정거리를 유지하여 상기 결합부 내부에 연결될 수 있도록 상기 결합부의 내면에 형성되는 정렬턱을 가지는 것을 특징으로 한다.이를 통해 내시경용 부속 캡의 결합부로부터 돌출 연장되는 형태의 안내부는내시경 선단에 결합되어 체강 내 삽입 시, 좁은 직경의 체강 내에서 쉽게 변형되고 접혀서 쉽게 이동할 수 있도록 하며, 돌출 연장된 형태의 안내부의 안내구멍 내로 내시경에 장착된 수술도구가 위치하도록 하여 내시경 절제술 시 수술도구의 위치를 안내할 수 있다.
