PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve ultrasonic probe position guide in ultrasonic image photographing utilizing optical measurement.SOLUTION: An optical measurement apparatus related to one embodiment includes a light irradiation section, a plurality of light detection sections, a calculation section and an output section. The light irradiation section applies light from at least one position to an inside of an inspection object. The plurality of light detection sections detects intensity of the light reflected in the inspection object. The calculation section at least calculates an approach degree of a position of a portion indicating an abnormal light absorption coefficient in the inspection object and a prescribed position with a position of the light irradiation section as a reference based on the intensity of the light detect by each light detection section.
