PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process a spatula of a rubbing hand of a tea manufacturing machine without using fire-molding and forging to simplify attachment of a spring so as to be manufacturable inexpensively and to improve the quality of a product by making a pressing force of the rubbing hand flexible, to thereby prevent breakage of the spatula and the spring.SOLUTION: A thin band steel is reshaped by press work, and connected to a strut by making a pin hole, after welding a reinforcement member from the root side of a spatula to about 1/3-1/2 spot thereof, and a pressing force is applied to the spatula by using a torsion spring or a plate spring without using a compression coil spring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】製茶機械の揉み手のへらを、火造りと鍛造を用いないで加工出来るようにすると共に、バネの取付けを簡単にして安価に製造できるようにする。揉み手の加圧力を柔軟にして、製品の品質を向上させ、へらとバネの破損を防ぐ。【解決手段】 薄い帯鋼をプレス加工で整形し、へらの根元側から約1/3~1/2の所まで補強部材を溶接して、ピン孔を開けて支柱と接続すると共に、圧縮コイルバネを使用せず、ねじりバネ、又は板バネを使用してへらに加圧力を与える。【選択図】図1
