PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice transplanter which has peripheral components such as a cooling system component and a powertrain component efficiently and compactly arranged around an engine while improving cooling efficiency.SOLUTION: A rice transplanter includes an engine 5 which is mounted in a traveling machine body, a transmission case which changes a speed of power of the engine 5 and transmits the power to traveling parts of the traveling machine body, and a seedling planting device which is attached to the traveling machine body. A suction fan for air-cooling the engine is provided on one lateral surface of the engine 5. The engine 5 is mounted on an engine base 57 which is mounted on the traveling machine body via a vibration-proofing member 58.
