An induction device (100) for animal heart failure comprises a ventricle limiting mechanism (1) and a ventricle outer chamber (2). The ventricle limiting mechanism (1) can be implanted in a ventricle (3), and comprises: a supporting device (11) having a concave structure (13) basically fitting the inner structure of the ventricle and a retractable device (12), partially accommodated in the concave structure (13) of the supporting device (11). The ventricle outer chamber (2) is disposed outside the ventricle (3) or outside an animal body, and is in fluid communication with the retractable device (12) through a connection tube (4). The ventricle outer chamber (2) comprises an elastic member (21). When the heart contracts, the retractable device (12) retracts to the concave structure (13) and drives, through a driving medium, the elastic member (21) to retract and when the heart relaxes, the retracted elastic member (21) drives, through the driving medium, the retractable device (12) to extend from the concave structure (13).
