PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of an inspection and diagnosing based on the inspection and to improve the accuracy of the inspection and the diagnosing based on the inspection by providing gel for a medical use on the body surface of a subject when inspecting the subject to be an inspection object by an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus or an electrocardiograph or the like or continuously measuring the biological signals of a patient by a biological information monitor.SOLUTION: In the gel to be applied to the body surface of the subject upon ultrasonic diagnosing performed using the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus mainly in a dark place, a fluorescent agent which shines only when irradiated with a black light is mixed. Thus, the coating amount and coating area of the gel are confirmed, the efficiency of the diagnosing is improved, and the accuracy of the diagnosing is improved.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】超音波診断装置や心電計等によって検査対象となる被検者を検査したり、生体情報モニタによって患者の生体信号を継続的に測定したりする際に、被検者の体表面上に設けられ、検査及び検査に基づく診断の効率化を図ることができると共に検査及び検査に基づく診断の精度の向上を図ること。【解決手段】主に暗所において、超音波診断装置を用いて行われる超音波診断の際に、被検者の体表面に塗布されるゲルに、ブラックライトの照射によりのみ光る蛍光剤を混合した。これによりゲルの塗布量、塗布領域を確認することができ、診断の効率化及び診断の精度を向上させることができる。【選択図】なし
