It is intended to provide a loxoprofen-containing aqueous plaster which is apreparation having the high stability and excellent percutaneous absorbabilityof loxoprofen. Namely, an aqueous plaster characterized by comprising loxoprofenor its salt and triacetin. More specifically speaking, an aqueous plaster characterizedby comprising 0.1 to 5% by weight, based on the plaster weight, of loxoprofen orits salt, 0.5 to 5% by weight of triacetin, 1 to 30% by weight of a water-solublepolymer, 0.01 to 5% by weight of a crosslinking agent, 10 to 90% by weight of purifiedwater and 0 to 20% by weight of an inorganic powder.
