PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertebral body spacer excellent in initial fixation property when disposed between vertebral bodies, which can maintain a stable fixed state for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A vertebral body spacer interposed between a first vertebral body and a second vertebral body adjacent to the first vertebral body includes a first surface facing the first vertebral body and a second surface facing the second vertebral body located on a side opposite to the first surface.
