PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving the usefulness of zeolite and sericite in various medical fields.SOLUTION: A composition for medical or medical assisting uses, which contains zeolite and sericite, is provided on the basis of, as the most important characteristic, the finding that zeolite and sericite can exert a synergistic effect when used in combination. Specifically, sericite has a particle diameter of 50 &mu；m or less, zeolite has a particle diameter of 300 &mu；m, and the total compounding amount of a zeolite and sericite in the composition is 50% by weight or more. The external compositions include spray formulations, paste formulations, liquid drugs, suspension agents, powder agents, cream agents, aerosol agents, ointments, liniments, or suppositories； and oral compositions include capsule formulations, powder agents, tablets, suspension agents, or granular agents. The composition is applicable to muscle rupture, asthma, bronchitis, stomatitis, pollinosis, and the like.【課題】ゼオライト及びセリサイトの種々医療領域における有用性を高める方法の提供。【解決手段】ゼオライト及びセリサイトを配合することにより、相乗効果があることを見出したことを最も主要な特徴とし、ゼオライトとセリサイトを配合してなる医療用又は医療補助組成物を提供する。具体的には、セリサイトが粒子径５０μｍ以下の粒子で、ゼオライトが粒子径３００μｍ以下の粒子であり、ゼオライトとセリサイトの総配合量が組成物中の５０重量％以上である。外用組成物は、噴霧用製剤、練状製剤、液剤、懸濁剤、粉末剤、クリーム剤、エアゾール剤、軟膏剤、リニメント剤、または坐剤が挙げられ、経口用組成物は、カプセル製剤、粉末剤、錠剤、懸濁剤、または顆粒剤が挙げられる。本組成物は、肉離れ、喘息、気管支炎、口内炎、花粉症等に適用される。【選択図】なし
