The arrangement (1) has a body (2) comprising a front end (4) and made from absorbing material e.g. fiber material and foam material, and a casing (3) inserted into the body. The casing has a projection i.e. fin (6), at a circumference along a spiral line of the body, where the casing is inserted into the body through combined rotational and translational movement of the casing. A vibration generator and a sensor are arranged in the casing, and a flexible cable (14) is fastened to the casing. Barbed hooks (16) are formed at the casing and inserted into the material of the body.
