PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device which easily and accurately positions both a needle member and a holding member which project from a cylindrical body to a living tissue to enhance safety.SOLUTION: The holding member 20 projecting from lumens L3, L4 of a catheter and constitutes an electrode with a puncture member 30 as a pair includes a wire part 22 holding a conducting part 21 making contact with the living tissue M at a distal end side. The wire part 22 includes a first bending part 26A bent in a separating direction X, a second bending part 26B bent in a closing direction X, and a third bending part 26C bent in a separating direction X.
