At least one waist region of the front and rear waist regions 13, 14 has: a pair of first side elastic regions (first stretchable regions) 29B positioned between both side edges of the absorption chassis 12 and both side edges of one of the waist regions and a waist elastic body 27 which extends in the lateral direction X in the first side elastic region.
