PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce a residual amount of a chemical in a container when a total amount of the chemical stored in the container is extracted.SOLUTION: The chemical extraction method according to the present invention includes the steps of: controlling at least one of a syringe drive device 3 for driving a plunger 5B of a syringe 5 and a robot 2, with the syringe 5 and a container 6 held, so as to puncture a plug 6A of the container 6 with a tip end of a needle 5A of the syringe 5 and make the needle reach the inside of a chemical 10； pulling the plunger 5B to extract the chemical 10； and when it is detected that an extraction amount of the chemical 10 reaches a prescribed amount, while pulling the plunger 5B, moving a physical relationship of the syringe 5 relative to the container 6 in a direction of separating it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6【課題】容器に収容されている薬品を全量搾取する際に容器中の薬品の残量を更に低減する。【解決手段】本発明に係る薬品搾取方法は、シリンジ５及び容器６が把持されている状態で、シリンジ５のプランジャー５Ｂを駆動するシリンジ駆動装置３及びロボット２の少なくとも一方を制御することによって、シリンジ５の針５Ａの先端を容器６の栓６Ａに穿刺して薬品１０内に到達させ、プランジャー５Ｂを引いて薬品１０を搾取し、薬品１０の搾取量が所定量に到達したことが検出された場合、プランジャー５Ｂを引きながらシリンジ５と容器６との相対的な位置関係を隔離する方向に移動させる工程とを有する。【選択図】図６
