PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve bondability with a bone tissue in an initial arrangement in a vertebral body spacer and improve long-term stability of a location of the vertebral body spacer.SOLUTION: A vertebral body spacer includes first projection parts and second projection parts. Each first projection part includes: a first crown part forming an angle； and a first plane part located at a first surface side with respect to the first crown part and extending in a direction along the first surface. Each second projection part includes: a second crown part forming an angle； and a second plane part located at a second surface side with respect to the second crown part and extending in the direction along the second surface.
