The present invention relates to a monorail in which an entry direction and an exit direction of a guide wire to be introduced into an external tube are prevented from changing in order to guide an object in a safe manner. More particularly, the present invention relates to a catheter for stent surgery, which is characterized by being configured such that the catheter is inserted through an inner hole of an inner tube, which is inserted into an outer hole of an outer tube and moves in forward and backward directions in the interior of the outer tube and which is exposed in a forward direction so as to guide the stent to a surgical site using the guide wire, wherein a partitioned guide is inserted into and fixed at the interior of the outer tube so as to prevent contact between the guide wire inserted into the outer hole and the inner tube during the guided insertion and removal of the guide wire.
