The present invention relates to an aquarium having an upper-story separate chamber and an auxiliary aquarium carrying out the same, and the invention comprises: aquarium bodies (11, 21, 31, 41) provided as top-opening bodies for containing fish therein and upper-story separate chambers (12, 22, 32, 42), that is, auxiliary aquariums (50), which are bodies positioned on the upper part of the aquarium bodies (11, 21, 31, 41) and have at least one hole including, on a lower end thereof, a hole (F) for enabling fish to move in and out therethrough, wherein an uppermost hole (T) or more has an airtight structure.
