PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably measure a pressure of the inside of an extracorporeal circulating circuit in the case when an air room of a pressure measurement section and a pressure measurement means are disconnected and then connected again, and to eliminate a risk such as infection caused by leaking a liquid in the extracorporeal circulating circuit.
SOLUTION: A calibration method of a pressure measurement section A is performed when a pressure measurement means 37 and an air room 31 are disconnected, and the method comprises: the process of closing both sides of the pressure measurement section A of an extracorporeal circulating circuit 2 by first opening and closing means 10, 12 the process of opening a branched tube path 20 by the second opening and closing means 21 after that and adjusting the pressure in the liquid room 34 by pressurizing in the liquid room 34 with the water level difference of the liquid of a liquid storing section 22 the process of reconnecting the pressure measurement means 37 and the air room 31 and the process of opening both sides of the pressure measurement section A of the extracorporeal circulating circuit 2 with the first opening and closing means 10, 12 after that and closing the branched tube path 20 by the second opening and closing means 21.
