The invention relates to a system that includes: a frame (1) provided with a means for attachment to means for driving the movement thereof； at least one shaft (2), mounted so as to project and be able to rotate inside the aforementioned frame (1), and that can be inserted between tree branches, said shaft (1) being provided with flexible or elastic elements (3) to knock down the fruit and which are preferably placed in an area near the free end of the shaft； and a means for activating each of the shafts (1) so that said shafts rotate alternately and with limited amplitude.
