The present invention relates to a steam generator for spraying both steam and hot water. More specifically, the steam generator for spraying both steam and hot water has a steam outlet at the upper end of a pressure container, a hot water outlet at the lower end of the pressure container, and a steam and hot water outlet for mixing steam and hot water in a constant mass ratio and outputting the same by combining a steam pipe connected to the steam outlet and a hot water pipe connected to the hot water outlet so as to increase cleaning power with a proper amount of water content, satisfy a first condition about a height relation between steam and hot water and a height of the steam and hot water outlet within the pressure container and a second condition about relations between internal diameters of the steam outlet and the hot water outlet, between a first socket of the steam outlet and a second socket of the hot water outlet, and between internal diameters of the steam pipe and the hot water pipe, and prevent only steam from being discharged or an excessive amount of hot water from being discharged.
