PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure measurement cuff that prevents, as much as possible, noise sound (i.e., sound generated by contact of an inflation bag with an outer bag, rubbing sound generated when a cuff tube for supplying air to the inflation bag rubs the inflation bag and the outer bag, or sound by vibration of the inflation bag, the outer bag and the cuff tube) generated when measuring blood pressure.SOLUTION: Two plastic sheets are arranged inside of outer bags such that two plastic sheets defined as an inner bag are overlaid between two plastic sheets defined as the outer bag.
