PURPOSE: An agricultural water collecting cartridge is provided to store rain or supplied water in a storage unit by the natural gravity to transfer the stored water from the storage to outside by the capillary phenomena.CONSTITUTION: An agricultural water collecting cartridge comprises a collecting unit(101) collecting water, a filtering unit(102) filtering foreign substances and a storage unit(103) storing water. Outside and inside of the storage unit is equipped with a capillary water guide tube(108) which delivers the water within the storage unit to the outside of the storage unit. The storage unit is coated with a capillary water induction coating(109) on the inner and outer walls.
