A medical apparatus configured to be introduced into a body, includes: an image pickup apparatus for picking up an image in the body； a cable extended from the image pickup apparatus, and configured to transmit and receive a signal or power to and from an external device, the cable being pulled out from inside to outside the body through a body wall； an electric terminal portion disposed at an end portion of the cable, which includes an electric contact and is configured to be electrically connected to the external device； a cover body which is configured to cover at least the electric contact and to be adhered watertightly to the electric terminal portion with a predetermined strength, the cover body being grasped when the cable is pulled out from inside to outside the body； and an easy-peel portion for detaching the cover body from the electric terminal portion.
