In the present invention, while an expert perceives, in real time, information on the surroundings of a collaborator, the expert looks at the endpoint of the collaborator's line of sight and at the movement of their hands, and the expert guides the collaborator so that the movement of the expert's hands are transmitted directly as a tactile/force sense. Due to the foregoing, when the collaborator performs an action manually, the collaborator shares a tele-existence with the remotely located expert so as to receive guidance, indirectly and in real time, on the techniques of the expert which are their tacit knowledge.Dans la présente invention, tandis qu'un expert perçoit, en temps réel, des informations sur l'environnement d'un collaborateur, l'expert regarde le point d'extrémité de la ligne visuelle du collaborateur et le mouvement de ses mains, et l'expert guide le collaborateur de sorte que le mouvement des mains de l'expert est transmis directement en tant que sensation tactile/de force.
