The present invention relates to a blood pressure measurement device with a MEMS pump, which comprises a wrist band with an gas bladder, which is wrapped around a to-be-measured portion; a MEMS pump, which fills a gas into the gas bladder; a pressure sensor, which monitors a pressure inside the gas bladder; and a microcontroller, which successively receives multiple pressure signals from the pressure sensor during a gas filling process that fills the gas into the gas bladder and converts the pressure signals into blood pressure readings, wherein the microcontroller controls a level of a driving voltage of the MEMS pump so that a gas filling rate of the MEMS pump is kept within a predetermined range of gas filling rate.
