The objective of the present invention is to provide an artificial bladder, whcihc comprises: a main body including an inlet port, an outlet port, and a predetermined space portion for storing urine between the inlet port and the outlet port, and formed of a biocompatible polymer inflatable so that the volume of the space portion changes depending on the amount of the urine； a sensor attached to an outer wall of the main body and having a wrinkled structure stretched out when the volume of the space portion increases to change the resistance； and an actuator provided at the outlet port to excrete the urine depending on results sensed by the sensor. The present invention provides the biocompatible artificial bladder, which can replace the bladder of a human body to overcome the limitations of a bladder replacement procedure.본 발명은 유입포트와 배출포트 및 상기 유입포트와 배출포트 사이에 소변을 저장하기 위한 소정의 공간부를 포함하고, 소변량에 따라 상기 공간부의 부피가 변화하도록 팽창 가능한 생체적합 폴리머로 형성된 본체； 상기 본체 외벽에 부착되며, 주름구조의 표면을 갖고, 상기 공간부의 부피가 증가하면 상기 주름구조가 펼쳐져 저항이 변화하도록 마련된 센서； 및 상기 배출포트에 마련되며, 상기 센서로부터 감지된 결과에 기초하여 감지된 결과에 따라 상기 소변을 배출하기 위한 액추에이터； 를 포함하는 인공방광을 제공하고자 한다.
