PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens insertion instrument for stably pushing out an intraocular lens.SOLUTION: The intraocular lens insertion instrument includes: an insertion part that has an inner wall for compactly folding a soft intraocular lens and a placement surface on which the intraocular lens before being pushed out is placed, and inserts the folded intraocular lens from the incision of an eyeball and a cylindrical body which has the insertion part at the distal end and in which a pushing-out means for pushing out the intraocular lens placed on a pushing-out axis is arranged so as to be advanceable/retractable in an axial direction.
