The present invention relates to a high-efficiency fragrance emitting apparatus with a buoy guide rail and a heated stage and a method thereof, which can dispose a vibrating plate for humidification in alignment with the surface of a perfuming agent to form a buoy with the vibrating plate coupled thereto and with inlets which cause an optimal amount of the perfuming agent to be inputted to the vibrating plate using the surface tension of liquid (perfuming agent), can allow a guide rail connected to a discharge body to lead the perfuming agent such that the same amount of perfuming agent flows into the vibrating plate even in the shaking or unstable tilting of a container storing the perfuming agent and, moreover, can forcibly supply wind to inside the container storing a vaporized perfuming agent, which is discharged for a high-efficiency jet of a vaporized perfuming agent, and can lead the vaporized perfuming agent to be jetted through an outlet formed on the discharge body with a change in pressure by the supplied wind, and can form a heating element on the space of a predetermined area of the outlet to lead an increase of a temperature of the vaporized perfuming agent passing through the area, thereby obtaining an improved fragrance emitting effect, unlink a method of a conventional humidifying or perfuming apparatus, in which a vibrating plate is disposed into liquid or is forcibly transferred to an upper part using a member such as a pump in order to obtain an optimal vibrating position.종래에는 가습 내지 발향시키는 장치는 떨림판이 액체 내부에 있게 하거나 최적의 떨림위치를 위해 펌프와 같은 부재를 이용해 강제로 상부로 이송시키는 방법과 는 기술적 차이가 있어 가습시키는 떨림판의 위치를 발향제의 표면과 동일선상에 있게 함으로써 액체(발향제)의 표면장력으로 떨림판 부재로 최적의 용량이 투입되게 한 유입구와 떨림판이 체결된 부표를 구성하고, 발향제를 보관하는 용기의 흔들림이나 불안정한 기울어짐에도 동일한 일정량을 떨림판으로 유입되게 하도록 토출본체로 연결한 가이드레인로 하여금 유도되게 한다. 또한, 기화된 발향제의 고효율 분출을 위해 토출되는 기화된 발향제가 있는 용기내부로 강제 바람을 유입시키고 유입된 바람에 의한 압력변화로 토출본체에 형성된 분출구를 통해 분출되게 유도하고, 분출구의 일정영역의 공간에 발열체를 구성함으로 해당영역을 통과하는 기화된 발향제의 온도상승을 유도함으로써 증대된 발향효능을 얻을 수 있는 부표 가이드레인 및 온열단
