The pad for facilitating wound healing according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a wound contact layer coming into a contact with the wound； an absorption layer stacked on the top part of the wound contact layer to absorb exudates； a cover disposed on the outer side of the absorption layer to be attached to the skin so as to make the wound contact layer adhere tightly to the wound and pump the exudates from the wound by elastic restoring force； a wound accommodating chamber extended downward from the wound contact layer to form space between the wound contact layer and the wound； and an exudates guider formed on the wound contact layer to be connected to the absorption layer and to guide the exudates discharged from the wound to the inside of the absorption layer, wherein the exudates guider includes: a first guide portion guiding the exudates from the wound accommodating chamber formed as a hole on the wound contact layer to the absorption layer； a second guide portion extended from the first guide portion toward the inside of the absorption layer to guide the exudates guided from the first guide portion into the inside of the absorption layer； and a plurality of guide grooves formed outward along the exterior circumference of the first and second guide portions. Additionally, one end of a drainage tube cannulated into the wound for drainage therapy is inserted into the exudates guider, wherein the guide grooves are spread and the first and the second guide portion are expanded when the drainage tube is inserted, thereby enabling one end of the drainage tube to be disposed through the first and the second guide portion into the inside of the absorption layer.
