The present invention provides an amino acid composition with functions of controlling blood sugar and weight loss and uses thereof. The composition includes: isoleucine (Ile), leucine (Leu), valine (Val) and arginine ( Arg). The amino acid composition can improve obesity caused by high-fat and high-glycation end products, improve blood sugar regulation and insulin sensitivity, and inhibit leptin or promote testosterone secretion.本發明提供一種具有控制血糖與減重功能的胺基酸組合物及其用途，其包含：異白胺酸(Ile)、白胺酸(Leu)、纈胺酸(Val)及精胺酸(Arg)。其中該胺基酸組合物可改善因高脂肪高糖化終產物而造成的肥胖、提升血糖的調控及胰島素敏感性，並且抑制瘦體素或促進睪固酮的分泌。
