A technical idea of the present invention provides a small thin film fingerprint recognition sensor package which maintains reliability and sensitivity in fingerprint information acquisition. The fingerprint recognition sensor package comprises: a first substrate having a cavity； a fingerprint recognition sensor having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, arranged in the cavity to allow the second surface to face the bottom surface of the cavity, and electrically connected to a wire of the first substrate； a molding member for filling the cavity to cover at least a part of a side surface of the fingerprint recognition sensor； an adhesive layer arranged on the molding member and the first surface of the fingerprint recognition sensor； and a second substrate arranged on one surface of the adhesive layer opposite to the first substrate, and covering the cavity.본 발명의 기술적 사상은 캐비티를 가지는 제1 기판, 제1 면 및 상기 제1 면과 반대되는 제2 면을 가지고, 상기 제2 면이 상기 캐비티의 바닥면과 마주하도록 상기 캐비티 내에 배치되고, 상기 제1 기판의 배선과 전기적으로 연결되는 지문인식센서, 상기 지문인식센서의 측면의 적어도 일부를 덮도록 상기 캐비티를 채우는 몰딩 부재, 및 상기 지문인식센서의 제1 면 및 상기 몰딩 부재 상에 배치된 접착층, 및 상기 제1 기판과 반대되는 상기 접착층의 일면 상에 배치되고, 상기 캐비티를 덮는 제2 기판을 포함하는 지문인식센서 패키지를 제공한다.
