ADJUSTABLE THORACIC GARMENTS USEABLE BY PATIENTS HAVING DIFFERENT THORACIC DIMENSIONS FOR LOCATING EM TRANSDUCER(S) IN PROXIMITY TO PREDEFINED THORACIC ANATOMIC FEATURES
A thoracic garment for bringing an EM transducer to contact with a thoracic surface area of a wearer. The thoracic garment comprises a front thoracic garment piece and a back thoracic garment piece the front and/or back thoracic garment pieces having EM transducer(s), the front thoracic garment piece having an arrangement of passages formed therein or thereon, a handhold mechanically connected to the front thoracic garment piece, a positioning marker, and a plurality of straps each threaded in the arrangement of passages. The thoracic garment is configured to be adapted by the wearer which uses a first hand to hold the handhold for mounting the front thoracic garment piece against or close to the chest such that the positioning marker is positioned at the predefined position while using a second hand for pulling the straps.Linvention concerne un vêtement thoracique pour amener un transducteur EM à entrer en contact avec une surface active thoracique dun porteur. Le vêtement thoracique comprend une partie de vêtement thoracique avant et une partie de vêtement thoracique arrière, les parties de vêtement thoracique avant et/ou arrière ayant un ou plusieurs transducteurs EM, la partie de vêtement thoracique avant ayant un agencement de passages formés à lintérieur de celle-ci ou sur celle-ci, une poignée reliée mécaniquement à la partie de vêtement thoracique avant, un marqueur de positionnement et une pluralité de sangles filetées chacune dans lagencement de passages. Le vêtement thoracique est configuré pour être adapté par le porteur qui utilise une première main pour tenir la poignée pour monter la partie de vêtement thoracique avant contre ou près de la poitrine, de telle sorte que le marqueur de positionnement est positionné dans la position prédéfinie, tout en utilisant une seconde main pour tirer les sangles.
