A pharmaceutical formulation, characterized by comprising monohydrate aripiprazole mixture of sodium starch glycolate as superdisintegrant and starch as disintegrant wherein the proportion of monohydrate aripiprazole sodium starch glycollate and the starch is in a range of 0, 1 to 2.0, wherein the pharmaceutical formulation is obtained by the process of wet granulation containing ethyl alcohol and water.Una formulación farmacéutica, caracterizada por que comprende monohidrato de aripiprazol, mezcla de glicolato de almidón sódico como superdisgregante y almidón como disgregante en donde la proporción de monohidrato de aripiprazol a glicolato de almidón sódico y la mezcla de almidón se encuentra en un intervalo de 0,1 a 2,0, en donde la formulación farmacéutica se obtiene por el proceso de granulación en húmedo que contiene alcohol etílico y agua.
