PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical activity measuring device allowing a user to easily and instantaneously confirm an achievement degree.SOLUTION: A physical activity measuring device includes: a measuring means for measuring an acceleration value generated by moving the physical activity measuring device a calculation means for calculating an activity amount for each prescribed type in a measurement period on the basis of the acceleration value acquired by the measuring means, and calculating an achievement degree of the activity amount for a target value a light emitting means capable of emitting light corresponding to the achievement degree and notifying the achievement degree and a determination means for determining whether or not the physical activity measuring device is moved, by a prescribed method for starting the notification of the achievement degree.
