PURPOSE: A compost manufacturing system is provided to recycle organic compost using microorganisms cultivated by an effective microorganism method. CONSTITUTION: A compost manufacturing system comprises a storage structure water for collecting and storing waste, a waste fermenting device which is comprised of a hot air supply unit, a waste mixing device(40) for mixing fermented waste, and a waste sorting device(300) for successively sorting the waste mixed in the waste mixing device. The hot air supply unit comprises multiple air supply pipes, a middle connection pipe, and an air feeder.본 발명은 음식물쓰레기 및 동식물 잔재물을 이용한 퇴비 제조시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 음식물쓰레기 및 동식물 잔재물을 이용한 퇴비 제조시스템에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 음식물쓰레기, 동물 잔재물(축분, 계분 등) 및 식물성 잔재물(과일 피 등) 등을 포집한 다음, 이에 EM(effective microorganism)공법에 의해 배양된 Bacillus subtilis complex(KCTC 11273BP)와, Lactobacillus fermentum(KCTC11274BP)와, Acetobacter lovaniensis(KCTC 11275BP)를 조합한 미생물을 첨가한 후, 더운 공기를 공급한 다음, 혼합장치를 이용하여 고르게 혼합하면서 발효시킨 후, 이를 선별장치를 순차로 통과시키면서 외부로 배출시켜 퇴비로 제작하도록 한 것이다.
