PURPOSE: A balanced combination oil composition using flax seed oil and sunflower oil is provided to enable users to use the composition having excellent oxidation stability as blending oil. CONSTITUTION: A balanced combination oil composition contains 20 parts of flax seed oil by weight, 5 parts of sunflower oil by weight, 0.1 parts of rice bran oil by weight, and 0.01 parts of soybean lecithin by weight, and 0.001 parts of vitamin D by weight as active ingredients. The flax seed oil is obtained by the following steps: drying flax seeds at 55-65 deg C for 1-3 hours； stirring and roasting the dried flax seeds at 140-160 deg C for 1.5-3.5 minutes in the speed of 140-160rpm； and extruding oil from the roasted flax seeds at 140-160 deg C for 7-12 hours using an extruder.본 발명은 아마 종자로부터 아마 기름의 착유량을 증진시키는 방법 및 아마 기름, 해바라기 기름, 미강 기름, 대두 레시틴(lecithin) 및 비타민 D를 유효성분을 함유하는 기능성 및 저장성이 향상된 균형배합기름, 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 본 발명의 아마 기름은 아마 종자의 볶음 조건을 최적화한 다음, 압출방식을 이용하여 아마 기름을 추출한 결과 아마 기름 착유량이 유의적으로 증가하였고, 또한 아마 기름 10 내지 30 중량부, 해바라기 기름 0.5 내지 10 중량부, 미강 기름 0.05 내지 0.2 중량부, 대두 레시틴(lecithin) 0.005 내지 0.02 중량부 및 비타민 D 0.00005 내지 0.0002 중량부를 유효성분으로 함유하는 균형배합기름은 항산화 물질인 리그난, 고급불포화지방산인 오메가-3 지방산, 오메가-6 지방산 및 오메가-6 지방산이 균형적으로 포함되어 있고, 산화안정성이 우수하므로 인체의 건강증진을 위한 블랜딩오일로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
