The present invention relates to a photofunctional material which generates active oxygen species controlled by light energy induction in a single material at the same time, and a production method thereof. The photofunctional material sets a difference in concentration of a photosensitizer introduced into the single material, thereby killing harmful biomaterials at a lesion site in medical applications. In addition, it is possible to maximize the efficiency in a photodynamic therapy by promoting proliferation of cells around the lesion.본 발명은 동시간에 하나의 소재에서 광에너지 유도에 의해 제어된 활성산소종을 생성하는 광기능성 소재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 광기능성 소재는 하나 소재에 도입되는 광감응제의 농도에 차등을 두어 의학적 적용에서 병변부위의 유해성 생체물질은 사멸하고, 병변 주위 부분의 세포의 증식을 촉진함으로써 광동역학 치료의 효율을 극대화할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
