PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition which comprises gefitinib as an active ingredient and is used for preparing a pharmaceutical preparation which has no change in the eluting property of the active ingredient from an acidic region having a pH of 1 to 5 to a neutral region and exhibits a rapidly eluting property.SOLUTION: There is provided a pharmaceutical preparation which has no change in the eluting property at a pH of 1 to 5 and can secure a rapidly eluting property by using a water-soluble copolymer showing plasticity which has a solubility in an aqueous solution of a pH of 5 or less of 40%(w/w) or more and a viscosity of 1000 mPa s or less in a 20%(w/w) solution at 23°C together with gefitinib as an additive for a pharmaceutical preparation. As the water-soluble copolymer (B), a polyvinyl alcohol-polyethylene glycol graft copolymer is preferred.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】 ゲフィチニブを有効成分とする医薬組成物であって、ｐＨ１～５といった酸性域から中性域に亘って有効成分の溶出性に変化がなく、且つ速やかな溶出性を奏する医薬製剤を調製するための、医薬組成物を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】 ゲフィチニブと共に、ｐＨ５以下の水溶液に対する溶解度が４０％（ｗ／ｗ）以上を有し、２０％（ｗ／ｗ）溶液の２３℃における粘度が１０００ｍＰａ・ｓ以下で、可塑性を示す水溶性共重合体を医薬製剤用の添加剤として用いることで、それを用いた医薬製剤のｐＨ１～５における溶出性に変化がなく、且つ速い溶出性を確保できることを見出した。前記水溶性共重合体（Ｂ）としては、ポリビニルアルコール－ポリエチレングリコールグラフト共重合体が好ましい。【選択図】なし
