PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately give aid so that the subject can readily adapt his/her respiratory level to an allowable range.SOLUTION: A main control unit 10g detects the respiration level of the subject 200. The main control unit 10g, a video transmit system 11, and a display system 12 inform the subject 200 of whether or not the detected respiratory level falls within the allowable range.
