PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastically deformable and absorbent medical mesh implant which can recover to the original form or at least approximately original form after deformation, namely being drawn.SOLUTION: The mesh implant is a polymer mesh implant 21 to be used for reconstructing tissue deficit, and includes a first set of fibers 22 arranged in a first pattern including an opening 23.
