An improved sprayer (1) for treating by means of pesticides fruit trees and/or shrubs rows, comprising a support frame (2) coupled or belonging to a machine body of an agricultural machine (T), a taking tank (3) coupled with the support frame (2) and containing a water and pesticides mixture intended to be sprayed on the foliage of fruit trees and/or shrubs of an orchard, a diffuser assembly (4) operatively connected through articulation means (5) with the support frame (2) and composed of a pair of distribution pendants (6, 7) facing each other, provided with spraying nozzles which spray in a nebulized way the water and pesticides mixture on the foliage of the trees and/or shrubs, the distribution pendants (6, 7) taking an operating position in which they are facing from opposite sides each of the rows of the orchard, spaced apart each other in such a way as to define a movable tunnel in which consecutive sections of the rows are progressively received while the agricultural machine (T) advances on the ground, first moving means (8) which position the diffuser assembly (4) at each of the rows, second moving means (9) which space apart each other the distribution pendants (6, 7) of the diffuser assembly (4) so as to position them in the operating position, ventilation means (10), communicating with the taking tank (3) and having outlets (11, 12), operatively connected with actviation means and producing a flow of pressurized air which conveys the water/pesticides mixture to the diffuser assembly (4), and two distribution pipes (13, 14) connected at a first end (13a, 14a) with the outlets (11, 12) of the ventilation means (10) and at a second end (13b, 14b) with inlets (15, 16) of the distribution pendants (6, 7).
