The object of the present invention is to provide a compound having M3 PAM action. Examples of the present invention include azabenzimidazole compounds represented by the following formula [1] or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The compound of the present invention has M3 PAM activity. In addition, since the compound of the present invention has M3 PAM activity, it is useful as a preventive or therapeutic agent for low-activity bladder, low-tension bladder, non-constricted bladder, detrusor hypokinesia, and neurogenic bladder dysuria or dysuria.本發明之目的在於提供一種具有M3 PAM作用之化合物。作為本發明，可列舉例如下式[1]所表示之氮雜苯并咪唑化合物或其於醫藥上容許之鹽。本發明化合物具有M3 PAM活性。又，由於本發明化合物具有M3 PAM活性，故而作為低活動膀胱、低張力膀胱、無收縮膀胱、逼尿肌活動低下及神經源性膀胱之排尿障礙或蓄尿障礙之預防劑或治療劑有用。
