The present invention relates to a feeder for poultry which is provided to widen a feeding space to prevent feed and water from being polluted and to be installed at low costs. To achieve the same, the present invention includes an upper body and a lower body. The upper body is composed of a feed transfer unit in which a feed transfer member is embedded and which includes a feed outlet on the lower part in the longitudinal direction and a feed storage unit which is extended to be inclined downward to the outer side of the feed transfer unit and which includes a feed supplying hole on the lower part and a feed supply guide plates which are inclined downward to the inner side of the feed transfer unit on the upper side of the feed supply hole. The lower body supports the upper body and includes a triangular pyramid protruding upward between the feed supply guide plates to distribute feed to both sides. A water tank for supplying water is formed on the outer lateral surface of the lower body. The water tank includes a cover plate for preventing the inflow of foreign materials. A plurality of holes is punched on the cover plate at predetermined intervals and opened by water pressure.
