PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble antibacterial composition having antibacterial and antifugal activity in a wide range and excellent chlorine resistance and suppressing discoloring and coloring caused by UV light or the like.SOLUTION: An antibacterial composition is prepared by compounding creatinine and at least one compound of silver oxide, silver salt and silver complex.
