Provided are nutritional compositions comprising a combination of the probiotic Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, dietary butyrate and/or a component for stimulating endogenous butyrate production, e.g. the combination of polydextrose and galactooligosaccharides, in the human gut. Further disclosed are methods of accelerating tolerance to cow's milk in a pediatric subject by providing said nutritional compositions to a target subject.Se proporcionan composiciones nutritivas que comprenden una combinación del probiotico de Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, el butirato de la dieta y/o un componente para estimular la producción del butirato endógeno, por ejemplo la combinación de polidextrosa y galacto-oligosacáridos, en el intestino humano.
