The present invention relates to an apparatus for injecting eye drops. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for injecting the eye drops comprises a storing part storing the eye drops inside a supporting part supporting the eyelids on top a body part where an injection part is formed to inject the eye drops on bottom of the supporting part and an operation part which injects the eye drops. The present invention with the configuration can prevent closed-eye phenomenon by a reflex nerve with an object which fixes the eyelids like an eyelash curler and a guide which induces the eyes when injecting the eye drops.
