The present invention is related to derivatives of benzenesulfonamide represented by formula (I), and the pharmaceutical composition thereof. In addition, the benzenesulfonamide derivatives disclosed in the present invention can serve as potential cell cycle inhibitors, and thereby these benzenesulfonamide derivatives and the pharmaceutical composition thereof can be antitumor drug candidates, which might aim at cell cycle. Particularly, the benzenesulfonamide derivatives disclosed in the present invention may function as antitumor drugs to treat solid cancers.本發明係有關於一種苯磺胺衍生物及其醫藥組合物,其係如下式(I)所示,其中,R1、R2、R3、及D之定義如說明書中所示。另外,本發明所揭露之苯磺醯按衍生物,可作為細胞週期的抑制劑,因此能作為針對細胞週期抗癌藥物之苯磺醯胺衍生物及其醫藥組合物。特別是本發明之苯磺醯胺衍生物能作為治療固態瘤之抗癌藥物。
