The present invention provides compounds, compositions thereof, and methods of using them. In one aspect, the invention provides a compound of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein each variable group is defined and described herein. The compounds of the invention, and pharmaceutically acceptable compositions thereof, are useful for the treatment of various diseases, disorders or conditions associated with CXC receptor type 4 (CXCR4).
