To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of carrying out an examination even when a factor for disturbing a light exists in the eye.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes: an examination unit including an optical system for examining an eye to be examined optically； a moving mechanism for moving the optical system； an information acquisition unit for acquiring information for executing positioning of the optical system with respect to the eye to be examined； and a control unit for moving the optical system by executing first control to the moving mechanism on the basis of the information acquired by the information acquisition unit, determining whether or not the information acquired optically by the optical system after the first control is appropriate for the examination, and if the information is determined to be inappropriate, moving the optical system by executing second control to the moving mechanism in response to a predetermined trigger.
