The present invention includes: a cylinder (40)； a needle assembly (10) including an adaptor (30) combined with a front end of the cylinder (40) to be detachable, and a needle unit (20) combined with a combination hole (33) formed on an upper wall (32) of the adaptor (30) to be detachable； and a plunger (50) having a front end combined with a piston (57) to be able to be moved forward and backward in the cylinder (40), combined with a rear end of the needle unit (20) to make the needle unit (20) inclined to the central axis of the cylinder (40) by moving forward in the cylinder (40) when the front surface of the piston (57) reaches the maximum forward position, and inducing the needle unit (20) into an internal space of the cylinder by separating the needle unit from the outer adaptor (30) of the needle assembly (10) when moving backward from the maximum forward position.
